Antipasto Italian

serves 6

Ingredients

1 head Lettuce

1 head Romaine

1/2 Cup Italian Style Peppers

2 Tomatoes

1/2 Purple or White Onion sliced thinly

1/4 lb. sliced Genoa Salami

1/4 Cup Black Olives

1/4 lb. cooked Salami

Directions

Tear greens, place on large platter. Take salami, make small cut and swirl in horns, stuff with black olives and place around greens, use remaining products to garnish.
