Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup butter melted
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts
1 scat teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda (in just enough boiling
water to make it dissolve)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine mashed
bananas salt, sugar, eggs, and melted butter. Stir in flour. Add vanilla,
baking powder and baking soda. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture into a greased and
floured loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Cool.
