Fettuccini Carbonara Ingredients 4 oz. Butter 2 Cups Ham cooked, cut julienne, proscitto 3 oz. Sausage cooked 1 Cup Heavy Cream 2 Egg Yolks Ground Black Pepper to taste 1/4 Cup Cheese, grated Parmesan 1/2 lb. Green Noodles (Fettuccini) Directions 1. Combine butter with 3/4 cup heavy cream. Heat to below boiling point. Add ham and sausage. 2. Combine egg yolk with remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream. 3. Add small amount of hot butter and cream to egg yolks and cream. 4. Add salt and pepper. 5. Pour over fettuccini, toss and serve immediately. David Jones
