Peanut Butter Cake & Frosting
Ingredients for cake: 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 stick butter 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs (beaten) 3/4 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted) 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk Ingredients for icing: 2 cups light brown sugar 6 tablespoons heavy cream 3/8 stick of butter 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 cup 10X powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Directions: Grease and flour 13x9x2 pan. Mix all cake ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix ingredients for icing. Spread over cooled cake. |
