Poor Man’s Crab Cakes #2
Ingredients 2 cups grated and well drained zucchini 1 egg 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning 3/4 cup bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. minced onion 2 Tbsp. parsley salt and pepper to taste Directions Mix together all ingredients and make into cakes.
