Stuffed Shrimp serves 4 Ingredients 12 size 10-15 Shrimp Crab mix to stuff Crab Mix 1 lb. cleaned Jumbo Lump Crab 2 T. cooked minced onions 2 t. lemon juice 1/2 Cup Cracker Meal 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise 1/2 t. Old Bay Seasoning 2 t. Mustard 2 t. Worcestershire Sauce 1 Egg White Pepper to taste Directions 1. Butterfly and de-vein Shrimp. 2. Mix all ingredients together for the Crab Mix. 3. Stuff each shrimp and place on sheet pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes (until done). Submitted by: Mark Dignon |
