Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 

2/3 Cup Margarine 

1 T. Water 

2 Eggs 

1/2 t. Salt 

1/3 Cup Hershey’s Cocoa 

1 1/2 Cups Packed Light Brown Sugar 

1 t. vanilla extract 

1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 

1/4 t. Baking Soda 

1 package Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips 

Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Beat margarine, brown sugar, water and vanilla in a large bowl on medium speed mixer until well blended. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Gradually add to sugar mixture beating on low speed until blended. Stir in Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cookies are set. Cookies will appear soft and moist. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Cool 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.  Serves about 3 dozen
